Of Perpetual Solace is an exciting and moving new work – a poetic and lyrical reflection on remembrance, resilience, and hope – written to honor the people of Oklahoma City and all those affected by the Murrah Building bombing. The world premiere performance featured guest soloist, Lisa Reagan, taking on the role of the cantor, or narrator. Commissioned and performed by the Canterbury Voices accompanied by the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, this multimedia work was composed by Edward Knight and lyricist/visual artist M.J. Alexander.
